Shipping policy

All our products are available upon request worldwide. Products ordered through our webshop can only be shipped within the European Union. For orders outside the European Union, please fill out our contact form.

Shipping

Upon receipt of your payment, we will prepare your order for shipment.

• If the design you have chosen is in stock, we will deliver within 3 to 6 working days in the Benelux and within 3 to 10 working days to other countries in the EU.
• If the design you ordered is no longer in stock, delivery will take place within 6 to 8 weeks. In that case, we will contact you by e-mail.

We will inform you about the delivery time in your order confirmation.

If we are unable to deliver on time, we will always inform you before the delivery period expires.

Our shipments are always at our risk. However, if the goods delivered by us were damaged during transport, do not correspond to the items listed on the delivery note or do not correspond to the items you ordered, you must report this as soon as possible and within 3 calendar days by e-mail (sales@klaarprims.be) and return the items to us within 14 calendar days after receipt.

We are not responsible for consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier we have appointed.
Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the goods you ordered.

You can track your order at any time using the tracking number sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.
